Yoga - YQ -

This beginner friendly class is a combination of zen yoga and Qigong (chee gung). The zen yoga focus will be on stretching and yoga poses. Qigong involves a series of slow, rhythmic movements, meditation, and deep-measured breathing. Whether you are new to yoga, in search of something more grounding, or you sit or stand a lot for work, you will find balance with this combination and relief from tightness and tension.
